On May 20, 2023, a successful Galway Leadership Meet was organized in the city of Puri, Odisha, known as the abode of Lord Jagannath. The leadership meet witnessed the remarkable presence of over 350 Galway members, including ED and above.

The meetup commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Galway leaders Shri Rajesh Kumar Paswan, Deepak Kumar, and other Galway leaders. On this occasion, Galway leaders addressed the Galwians on various topics.

The chief guest, Rajesh Kumar Paswan, provided information to all the present Galwians about the company's ethical policies and the new government regulations for direct sellers.

During the meetup, Galway leaders felicitated those Galwians who had recently fulfilled their dreams of purchasing a car through the Galway Car bonus by inviting them on stage and honoring them.
